Come join us for weekly Taiji (Tai Chi) class scheduled to begin in August 2019. The training will follow a comprehensive step-by-step curriculum designed for authentic internal skill development, including:

  • Fundamental body opening exercises
  • Song gong
  • Qigong
  • Neigong

  • Push hands and partner drills
